Peanut Butter Cup Cookies




These cookies have a sweet peanut butter cup center.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Yields: 40 cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda; set aside.
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and milk. Add the flour mixture; mix well. Shape into 40 balls and place each into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. Cool and carefully remove from pan.

I love this recipe for the cookie cups! I made them this weekend and they turned out awesome!!! These cookie cups fantastic! The cookie dough and cherry pie filing sound wonderful together and perfect for Valentine’s Day.  These are so cute, and so amazingly delicious! I love fun holiday desserts. Love this recipe and it was so easy to make. These are delicious! I used only 1-1/2 cups of chips because that’s all I had, but they were still delicious! These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars were everything I hoped they would be. Chewy, chocolate-y oat goodness in every single bite! I used half semi-sweet chocolate chips and half milk chocolate–craaazzy I know– and they were SOO good. Perfect Lemon Bars

I just made these. They came out perfect. I baked them on parchment paper and they are easy to take out. turned out so delicious! everyone loved them. Love lemons in baking, gives it a freshness that is hard to achieve in baking otherwise. everyone loved them. Smooth, tangy lemon filling baked on a shortbread crust and dusted with powdered sugar.
